Account locked out, no response from support after 6 days

About a week ago, someone (I think) hacked into my skype account (or guessed the password). And changed my password.

I tried to recover my password but it said my email address was incorrect. However what is weird is that I logged in with a different skype account and checked the profile of my account and my email address was still correct.

I contacted customer support over 6 days ago, but I still have no response. What is the use of saying 24-48 hours when it is so far > 144 hours?
The support page should say, "The minimum number of hours for a response is 24 hours, but during busy periods it could take us a few weeks to respond."

I have SkypeOut credit in my account at the moment and it is very frustrating to not be able to use SkypeOut. Especially since you guys lock 1 paypal account to 1 skype account.

I have cancelled the billing agreement between skype and paypal, just incase.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue quicker than "customer support"?

And yes I did receive the confirmation email from skype support incase anyone was wondering that I might not have submitted the ticket properly.
