Skype restart/reboot pc when answering a call

Hope anyone can help please?
I have both Skype and MSN on my PC, at any stage when i receive a call from someone and as soon as i answer the call my PC would reboot/restart by it self. Below is my system info. Can someone please help me with this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs numerous time but nothing works.
The second problem i have is that my LCD(DELL) screen has a constant interference like lines on the screen and intermittently blacks out. For this i have formatted the hard drive and reinstalled win XP but still does not help?
