Hello. I have a lot of experience working in call centers with US customers. Now, i want to start a call center of my own. I Live in Bolivia (South America). I would like to know (from the very beginning) how to buildnup a call center. Sterting by finding a company that would be interested in hire my services and then, setting up the whole thing, i mean bying machines hireing personnel and stuff. PLEASE I NEED HELP!
